Here we have the second meme image haha xD. This time it's my OC from Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters Val <3.
Figured this one would be most suitable for her since the light blue color haha . Gave her a new outfit that I will be working on soon. 
(I really need to sit down and draw her wardrobe cries ; u ;. )
Other than that I really had fun with this image. I had fun drawing my little beauty queen as well , I feel like I never draw enough of my characters xD. Which reminds me I gotta work on a 30k PV special ahh ; u; .
